Service Desk Coordinator - Operations
We are currently seeking a MOTIVATED, AMAZING, DRAMA FREE, PROFESSIONAL to join our service desk team. Applicants with previous salon experience are strongly encouraged. This is a full-time position, covering shifts Monday - Saturday, 8am - 10pm. You will responsible for creating the ultimate service experience for school guests by promoting the school, its retail products and salon/spa services. To ensure a smooth guest-service, traffic flow on the clinic floor. ? The Service Desk Coordinator monitors and secures the service desk ? Oversee the cash register and appointment books ? Preparing the service desk for opening and closes the desk for the day. ? Answering multi-line telephone, making appointments for salon guests. ? Greeting guests and closing out service tickets ? Should be familiar with Windows Office software and Macintosh operating systems. ? The Service Desk Coordinator promotes and sells retail products and salon/spa services. ? Creating the ultimate guest service experience that includes product recommendations and displays. ? Responsible for monitoring product inventory ? The Service Desk Coordinator promotes the school. ? You will give general information about the school and programs offered. ? You will play a key part in the admissions process by connecting all prospective Future Professionals with the Admissions Leader. ?
